This is a splendid large mosaic wall mural rising three floors above a fairly small lobby area and is the first vision that visitors to the building have. Actually, this is an out-sized enlargement of a selected oil painting produced locally.

The wall opposite the large mosaic mural is a glass curtain wall the full height of the building and so at night those passing on the busy main road at the front of the building have a fine view of the mural.
